Team Functionality and White Labelling Built for Growth
TrendForge turns trends into content and leads. Now your whole team, your clients, and your own brand can work inside one secure platform.
What Are TrendForge Team, Agency, and White Label Plans?
They are packages that add shared workspaces, roles, approvals, multi-client agency tools, and progressive white labelling to TrendForge. Team Professional ($300 USD a month, or $3,000 USD a year) and Agency Growth ($750 USD a month, or $7,500 USD a year) are available now, each with a 7-day free trial. Agency White Label ($1,750 USD a month), Reseller / Partner (from $3,250 USD a month) and Enterprise White Label (from $6,500 USD a month) are available on request. They roll out in four phases, and each feature below shows whether it is available now or planned.
A Secure Foundation for Your Team
Start with an account built for teamwork, where every teammate has the right access and your customer information stays protected.

Organization and Workspace Structure
Organization
Account ownership, billing, people, and security settings.
Workspace
A specific brand, client, business unit, or location.
Campaign
Related content, assets, publishing schedules, capture pages, and results.
Every content item, integration, contact, and report belongs to one workspace. Permissions are enforced on the server, not merely through hidden interface controls.
Roles and Permissions
Available Now| Role | Principal Responsibilities | TrendForge Role |
|---|---|---|
| Organization Owner | Billing, ownership, security, and organization-wide administration | Owner |
| Administrator | Members, workspaces, integrations, and operational settings | Admin |
| Strategist / Manager | Campaign planning, assignments, and approval coordination | Editor |
| Creator | Drafting, editing, and generating assigned content | Contributor |
| Reviewer / Approver | Feedback, revision requests, and approval | Reviewer |
| Publisher | Scheduling and publishing authorized content | Publisher |
| Sales / CRM User | Assigned contacts, follow-ups, notes, and pipeline activity | Sales / CRM |
| Client / Guest | Restricted access to their own content, approvals, and reports | Client reviewer (private approval link) |
Available today on Premium: the Owner or an Admin gives each teammate one of these roles, plus a read-only Viewer role, and every permission is checked on the server. In Agency Mode you can also limit each client to the teammates assigned to it. Different roles for the same person in different workspaces are planned.
Security and Accountability
Workspace Isolation
Each client is kept apart: content, contacts, capture pages, images and campaigns tagged to a client with an assigned team are hidden from teammates outside that team (except the Owner and Admins), and lists can be filtered by client. Each client has its own brand voice, approval rule and private approval link. Your own team works in one shared workspace with roles enforced on the server, and each teammate can keep earlier content private.
Available NowImmediate Access Revocation and Session Termination
The Owner or an Admin can END SESSIONS for any teammate, anyone can SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE, and removing a teammate signs them out right away.
Available NowActivity and Approval Logs
The team Activity Log records invites, role changes, approvals, assignments, ended sessions and contact exports (Premium).
Available NowControlled Contact Exports
Only the Owner and Admins can export CRM contacts, and every export is logged.
Available NowClear Integration Ownership and Access Rules
Each person connects and publishes through their own social accounts. When a teammate leaves, their connections leave with them.
Available NowDocumented Backup, Retention, and Deletion Procedures
Deleted trend sessions and capture pages stay in Trash for 30 days, the Owner can download a full data export at any time, and the Activity Log is kept for 12 months. Read the Data Policy for the full details.
Available Now
Advanced identity management and additional security controls follow in enterprise packages.
Collaboration That Keeps Work Moving
More seats are only the start. Your team gets a dependable process for every post, from assignment and approval to publishing and follow-up.

Content Approval Workflow
Available NowAvailable now on Premium: team posts move from Draft through In Review, Changes Requested, Approved, Scheduled and Published (an Archived stage is planned). Agency Mode clients can approve or request changes on each item through a private link.
Each Content Item Supports
Assigned creator, reviewer, and deadline
Assign a post to a teammate with a due date (Premium).
Available NowComments and @mentions
Comment on any team post and type @Name to email that teammate (Premium).
Available NowPrivate internal notes kept separate from client-visible feedback
Mark a comment as an internal note. Only approvers (Owner, Admins, Editors and Reviewers) and its author see it, and it never reaches client approval pages.
Available NowVersion history and restore
Every text edit saves the previous version. Restore any earlier version in one click, and the version it replaces is kept too.
Available NowRecorded approvals
Team approvals and Agency Mode client approvals are recorded today.
Available NowConfigurable approval requirements
The Owner or an Admin sets the approval rule on the Team page: Off, Contributors Need Approval, or Everyone Needs Approval. It starts Off.
Available NowReapproval after substantive edits
An approved post edited by a Contributor goes back to review.
Available NowPublishing safeguards for workspaces that require approval
When approval is required, unapproved posts cannot be scheduled, queued, published now or auto-published.
Available Now
Shared Calendar
- Filter by workspace
- Filter by trend or campaign
- Filter by platform
- Filter by owner
- Filter by status
Available today on Premium: one team calendar with all five filters, plus who made and who owns each post.
Brand Hub
- Brand voice and audience guidance
- Approved claims and prohibited language
- Logos, colours, fonts, and media
- Offers, calls to action, and disclosure language
- Content templates and reusable campaign assets
Available today: one shared library for audiences, approved claims, prohibited language, colours, fonts, logos and media links, offers, calls to action, disclosures and templates. The AI follows your claims, prohibited words and disclosures when it writes. The Owner or an Admin edits it; the team can view it.
CRM Collaboration
- Contact ownership and assignment
- Follow-up tasks and reminders
- Shared notes with visibility controls
- Lead routing rules
- Handoffs between team members
- Workspace-specific pipeline access
Available today on Premium: assign contacts, deals, leads and tasks to a teammate, with every handoff logged. Notes can be private or shared. Lead routing (Off, Round Robin, or one teammate) and pipeline access (All or Assigned Only) live in CRM settings. Routing starts Off and access starts at All.
Team Dashboard
Available NowOne view of pending approvals, overdue tasks, publishing failures, and follow-up gaps. Performance is reported only where the underlying data is available and verifiable.
Available today on Premium at the top of the Team page, with a workload count for each teammate.
Manage Multiple Clients From One Agency Account
Run every client from one agency account, with your internal team work kept separate from each client's workspace.

Agency Functionality
A Central Client-Workspace Dashboard
Agency Mode lists every client brand in one place (Premium).
Available NowFast Workspace Switching with Clear Brand Identification
Switch the active client brand voice in one click.
Available NowSeparate Integrations, Contacts, Assets, and Analytics For Each Client
New contacts, capture pages, trend sessions and images are tagged to the active client and can be filtered by client. Each person can mark their own social connections as used for a client in Social Accounts. Each client card shows its own usage, and a shareable client report shows activity and approvals for that client only.
Available NowClient Team Assignment
The Owner or an Admin can assign teammates to a client. Once a client has an assigned team, other teammates (except the Owner and Admins) do not see it.
Available NowClient-Specific Approval Rules
Each client gets its own rule: Client Approves, Internal Sign Off Then Client Approves, or No Client Approval Needed, plus optional reapproval after edits.
Available NowReusable Agency Templates without Exposing Confidential Client Information
Save post, email, report and brief templates once and reuse them for any client. {{client}} fills in the client name.
Available NowRestricted Client Reviewer Access
Clients approve or request changes through a private link, with no login. They only see items that are ready for them.
Available NowWorkspace-Level Usage Visibility
Each client card shows sessions, capture pages, contacts, images and last activity.
Available NowA Clear Offboarding and Export Process
The Owner or an Admin can download a client export (settings, approvals, contacts, capture pages and trend sessions), then archive the client.
Available Now
An agency client workspace is not a reseller customer account. The first is managed by the agency. The second may need its own administrators, users, entitlements, and support.
White Labelling in Five Levels
Put your own brand in front of your audience in five levels, from branded public assets to full platform rebranding for qualified partners.

- 1
Level 1: Branded Public Assets
Available NowCapture Pages
Available NowBooking Pages, Where Supported
Available NowShareable Reports
Create a private report link for any client. It shows the client’s activity, approvals and recently approved items under the client’s name and logo, and the client can print it or save it as a PDF. Turn the link off at any time.
Available NowApproved Client-Facing Documents
Send a document or post through the client approval flow. Once approved, SHARE WITH CLIENT creates a clean, client-branded page they can copy, print or save as a PDF. Editing it again turns the link off until it is reapproved.
Available NowCustom Branding and Verified Custom Domains, Where Included
Client reports, documents and approval pages show the client’s name and logo. You can add a client’s domain and verify ownership with a DNS TXT record. Serving pages on that domain is set up with you by arrangement.
Available Now
- 2
Level 2: Agency-Branded Client Portal
Available NowContent Review and Approval
Each client gets one private portal link with their name, logo and colour. Content waiting for review is always shown, with a button to approve or request changes. No login, and clients never count as seats.
Available NowCalendar Access
The portal can show upcoming scheduled posts and posts published in the last 30 days for the social accounts tagged to that client.
Available NowAssets and Reports
The portal can list the client’s images and approved documents, plus a usage summary and their shareable report. You choose which sections each client sees.
Available NowSelected CRM Information, by Permission
Off by default. When you turn it on, the portal shows lead counts, pipeline stages and recent leads by first name and last initial. Email addresses, phone numbers and notes are never shown.
Available NowCustom Portal Domain
Verify the client’s domain with a DNS TXT record and turn the portal on. Once the domain is pointed at us and connected with you by arrangement, visiting it opens that client’s portal.
Available NowTrendForge Branding Removed from Specified Client-Facing Surfaces
With white label on, the portal, approval page, reports, approved documents, email preferences page and client emails show no TrendForge name, and the TrendForge chat assistant and cookie banner stay off these pages.
Available Now
This is not a fully rebranded platform if the agency’s internal dashboard stays TrendForge-branded.
- 3
Level 3: Branded Notifications and Email Identity
Available NowBranded Sender Identity for Selected Invitations, Approval Requests, Reports, and Lead Notifications
Client emails carry the client’s branding and show your agency name as the sender. You pick which of the four email types each client receives, and you can send a portal invite or report link at any time. Sending from your own verified domain is set up with you by arrangement.
Available NowAuthentication, Consent Handling, Unsubscribe Functionality, and Sending Limits Remain Operational Safeguards
Emails go through our managed sending service. Nothing is sent until you confirm the client agreed, every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and each client receives at most 20 emails a day.
