Privacy Policy

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form). If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive basic profile details from that provider.

Content and profile data: Information you add to personalize the Service, such as your bio, brand voice preferences, connected social platform names, call-to-action settings, and the content you generate.

Lead data: When you create capture pages, we store the information visitors submit to you (such as name, email, phone, city, or message) so we can deliver those leads to your private dashboard. You are the owner of the leads you collect.

Payment information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers; we retain only limited billing status information needed to manage your subscription.

Usage data: We may collect basic technical and usage information, such as pages visited and feature usage, to operate and improve the Service.

Google Search Console data: If you choose to connect your Google account through the Search Performance Hub, we access, on a read-only basis and with your explicit consent, your Google Search Console data, such as your verified property list, search clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, top queries, and top pages. We never receive the ability to change anything in your Google account.

The Search Performance Hub lets you connect your own Google Search Console account so you can view your verified search performance inside TrendForge. This connection is optional, read-only, and can be revoked by you at any time.

What we access: We request the Google "webmasters.readonly" permission, which grants read-only access to your Search Console properties and their performance metrics, together with your basic Google profile email so we can show which account is connected. We do not request or receive write access, and we cannot modify, add, or delete anything in your Google account.

How we use it: We use this data solely to display your own search performance and to generate visibility recommendations for you inside TrendForge. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the feature to you or as required by law.

How we store and protect it: Your Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are tied to your account. You can disconnect at any time from the Search Performance Hub, which removes the stored connection.

Limited Use: TrendForge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Auto-Pilot lets you connect your own Facebook Pages and LinkedIn account so TrendForge can publish the posts you approve and schedule directly to those accounts on your behalf. This connection is optional, is made through the official, secure authorization (OAuth) process of each platform, and can be revoked by you at any time.

What we access: When you connect an account, the platform gives us an access token together with the basic details needed to publish, such as your Facebook Page name and identifier or your LinkedIn member identifier. We request only the permissions required to publish content you have approved and, where applicable, to read basic account information so we can show which account is connected. We never receive your social media password.

How we use it: We use these connections solely to publish the content you create and schedule inside TrendForge, and to show you the status of those posts. We do not use your connected-account access to read your private messages, we do not post without your instruction, we do not sell this data, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the feature to you or as required by law.

How we store and protect it: Your access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are tied to your account. You can disconnect any social account at any time from your integration settings, which removes the stored connection and stops any further automated posting.

Platform compliance: Our access to and use of Facebook data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and our access to and use of LinkedIn data complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. Your use of each connected platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating content and delivering the leads you collect.

To manage your account, process subscriptions, and provide customer support.

To send you service-related communications, such as account notifications, trial reminders, and important updates.

To protect the security and integrity of the Service and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service, such as our hosting, payment, email, and AI content providers, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TrendForge, our users, or others.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to legal or legitimate business retention requirements.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can update much of your information directly in your profile, or contact us to exercise any of these rights. We will respond in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate core features of the Service. Where we use any non-essential or analytics cookies, we ask for your consent first. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
