Terms of Service

TrendForge helps you discover trending topics and generate social media content, and provides capture pages and lead tools to grow your audience. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our third-party payment provider. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change our pricing from time to time; any changes will apply to future billing periods.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law or platform policy.

You retain ownership of the content you create and the leads you collect through the Service. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of any platform where you publish it.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to store and process your content in order to provide the Service to you.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and suggestions. AI output may contain inaccuracies and is provided for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing or relying on it.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by TrendForge and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm TrendForge or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
